Seeking CHIEF ENGINEER – MAINTENANCE for a Prestigious Office Building in Karachi.

A renowned industrial group in Karachi require the services of an experienced Engineer for the position of Chief Engineer for its newly constructed office building.

A Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with around 15 Years of Experience, preferably with a 5-Star Hotel or a Modern High Rise Office Building.

The role involves operating and maintaining the entire building facility, including the physical building structure, all MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), HVAC (Heat, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) systems, Power Generators, Co-generation, Fire-alarm, Fire-safety Components, Fire-fighting Pumps, Water Distribution & Sewage, Vertical Transportation System (elevators), Utility Management such as Electrical, Sui-gas, Water, Kitchen and Laundry equipment, Lighting and Sound Systems.
