Essential Requirements:
One or two years (or more) work experience
Recent experience related to Project Management or Marketing/Business Development — or related area
Excellent writing skills

Purpose of job:
— To develop, implement and market a digital networking portal for alumni of UK based higher
education institutions residing in Pakistan, ensuring outreach across the country.
— Relationship building and engagement with alumni, sponsors, Higher Education partners and other
stakeholders for mutual benefit and utilization in public diplomacy.
— Coordination and management of all Higher Education partnership activity in Punjab
Context and Environment:
— The post holder will work as part of the organizations global alumni initiative within the Higher Education Partnerships programme.
— Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties
— Manage and deliver all aspects of the digital networking portal project, including feasibility research, development, launch and evaluation.
— To develop and strengthen the company role with alumni networks in order to advance the alumni project.
— Build partnerships with the corporate, development and government sectors to ensure sustainability of the alumni project in the long term.
— Agree an information strategy with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure effective marketing and customer service and to increase audience reach of the alumni project.
— Coordinate and manage Higher education links in Punjab.
— Manage effective business risk management and financial accounting of the project on a regular basis as defined in the project plan and ensure accurate reporting in the monthly FCCF meetings
Key relationships:
— The post holder will be working to maintain the following key relationships:
— Representatives of alumni bodies including UK university representatives and Presidents of alumni
associations
— Corporate, development and government sector contacts and partners
— Regional and global alumni relations colleagues
— Higher education partner universities and project managers.
