Outlet Manager – required for international doughnut and coffee retailer in Karachi

  • Shop managers ensure that shops operate efficiently and effectively while maintaining their reputation.
  • Managers are responsible for the business performance of their shop, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety.
  • Exceptional customer service includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases and returns
  • Coordinating the entire operation of the shop during scheduled shifts
  • Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
  • Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered
  • Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Ensure that the branding standees, flyers and brochures are properly placed in the stores.
  • Record daily inventory sheet for the remaining items of next shift in-charge
  • Check quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
