We are looking for candidates for the Head of Finance Operations (Senior Manager) position at a Large Telecom Multinational Company.

Salary: 200K to 300K
Essential Requirements:
— Recent experience at Telecom Cell Phone or Telecom Wi-Max Company
— Currently at Head of Finance Operations level OR Senior Manager level — OR one-step below.
— Recent experience of Finance Operations
(work related to inventory warehousing and distribution, service-center cash collections, sales commissions)
Other requirements/preferences:
— MBA, preferably qualified Chartered Accountant
— 8 to 10 Years of experience
— ACCA certification desirable
— Area of specialization: Finance
— Age: 30 – 45
— Proficient in use of MS Office. Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Purpose of the Role:
— Oversee trade inventory warehousing and distribution, service centre based cash collections and sales commissions to deliver value for internal stakeholders and customers.
Job Description:
— Oversee the trade inventory, warehousing and distribution function.
— Manage commission disbursement to Sales Channels. (Direct & Indirect).
— Coordinate with and provide support to departments for handling of new projects/ products/commercial promotions concerning Finance Operations and their subsequent implementation.
— Management reporting on Operations area.
— Ensure that postpaid billing information is updated
— Oversee direct debit/credit card facility.
— Facilitate internal and external audits.
— Ensure smooth financial operations at Business and Franchise centers nationwide.
— Supervise country wide bank reconciliation for collection accounts.
— Nationwide monitoring of financial field operations with a team of 117+ members.
— Prepare SOPs and Policies governing systems and processes and ensure implementation
— Oversee sale returns/refunds & petty cash management.

— Proven leadership and interpersonal skill
— Ability to analyze and present business critical information for senior management’s consumption
— Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills in a multi- stakeholder environment
— Proactive and energetic with the ability to deliver on tactical financial challenges independently.
— Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to engage and communicate with people across the organizational hierarchy.
Computer Proficiency:
— Proficient in use of MS Office. Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
