 PROFESSIONAL     QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

 ·             MBA major in Finance / Marketing with a degree in     Engineering with 3-5 years related experience. 
·             Experience of IT & Telecommunication Industry would be an added     advantage. – Preferable 
·             Sourcing     experience in leading contracting teams and categories related to IT/Data     Centers, Technology Ventures, HR, Travel is a plus 
·             Self Confident,     Credible and Persuasive Leader 
·             Self     starter/highly pro-active 
·             Has demonstrated     clear examples of achieving tangible results

 JOB     RESPONSIBILITIES 
 | 
 ·             Responsible to     support company internal and external requirements for hardware, software     and services by selecting core and/or leveraged suppliers that provide     optimal cost, quality and delivery.  
·             Understand     the cost elements in supplier prices. 
·             Benchmark     unique supplier costs/prices and/or associated royalties.  
·             Negotiate     competitive costs/prices. 
·             Demonstrate     understanding of company contract terms and conditions.  
·             Develop     unique terms and conditions for supplier agreements in support of company     customer contracts. 
·             Analyze,     determine and stipulate flow-down and flow-up terms and conditions between     customer and supplier agreements when procuring goods and services for     resale to a customer. 
·             Proactively     influence suppliers and development.  
·             Ensure     availability of technologies to support new product road maps.  
·             Identify,     evaluate, and promote new suppliers that enhance company’s competitive     position.  
·             Collect,     analyze, and utilize competitive information to influence technology     selection and procurement processes. 
·             Understand     variety of analytical approaches to determine how well positioned a company     is to compete in the marketplace.  
·             Articulate     and combine both internal/external perspectives of the customer’s     competitive position. 
·             Understand     business analysis reports such as Dun and Bradstreet (D&B). 
·             Perform     analysis of supplier product(s), technology, capabilities and competitive     market position.  
·             Perform     and present fair value analysis using accepted value determination     techniques. Evaluate and provide team analysis.
