 PROFESSIONAL     QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

 ·             CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA     or equivalent with post qualification of 5 years at least. 
·             Able to demonstrate experience within Finance     Management of an organization.  
·             Ability to train and develop subordinates. 
·             Ability to analyze financial data and present it as     meaningful information that will assist in the management of the     organization. 
·             Computer literate with good understanding of     Microsoft Office and Accounting Software..  
·             Flexible attitude and adaptable approach in order to     respond to the needs of the department/business.  
·             Integrity and honesty 
·             Pro-active and professional  
·             Excellent communication skills, with the ability to     handle sensitive information and relationships with stakeholders at all     levels of the organization

 PROFESSIONAL     EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
 | 
 ·             Leading,     managing and providing decision support and strategic guidance for the     Business Managers, in order to maximize the overall profitability of each     profit centre in the Group. 
·             Partner with     business leaders and the sales team to insert the Commercial Finance team     into the decision making process for all major cost and revenue initiatives 
·             Develop and     implement processes to drive revenue compliance and maximize revenues 
·             Ensure accurate     allocation of costs and revenues to the appropriate profit/cost centers. 
·             Coordinate with     the Budgeting & planning team to ascertain the cost drivers for     activity-based absorption of overheads into different profit centers. 
·             Understand the     dynamics of different businesses of the group and identify & evaluate     effective cost reduction techniques available to the business. 
·             Preparation and     circulation of periodic and ad-hoc reports on the performance of each     profit centre. 
·             Ensure that all     finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control. 
·             Support the     Budgeting and Planning team in the provision of information for forecasts     and variance analysis. 
·             Develop a best     in class Commercial Finance team, and build the reputation of Finance     across our businesses to that of an essential business partner 
·             Ensure that     appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at     all times. 
·             Participate fully     in the development of financial systems and procedures. 
·             Any other duties     as deemed necessary and agreed upon from time to time with the CFO and     Group Financial Controller.
