 PROFESSIONAL     QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

 ·             MBA (Preferably     in HR) from renowned and recognized institutions with 8-10 years of     experience of working in HR department in large organization of which 3     years must be at a senior level. 
·             HRIS Exposure – Preferable 
·             Should have     strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, analytical and     administrative skills 
·             Excellent     communication and negotiation skills 
·             Strong computer     skills and exposure to SAP HCM Module 
·             Possess understanding     of intranet, salary structure and presentation skills.

 PROFESSIONAL     EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
 | 
 ·             Oversee the     implementation of SAP HCM module and ensure optimum utilization of HCM     module. 
·             Design     compensation & benefit plans, HR Policies, SOPs, etc 
·             Supervise     payroll processing of MPT & Non-MPT staff 
·             Monitor     activities related to Time Management System TMS) 
·             Monitor and     update HR Portal and HR Helpdesk 
·             Coordinate and     Monitor all HR Operational activities being carried out within Shared     Services section 
·             Overall     knowledge/experience of other HR functions e.g. Recruitment, Training &     Development and Performance Management.
