Manage patient’s records under Insurance Company, Name of adjuster, Phone and Fax number, Claim number, and Attorney and ref physician. Contact Adjusters, Attorney, Employer, and Ref Physician to ascertain data. Compile and maintain all required calls records, documents, etc. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Timings 8pm to 5 am(Night Shift) Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
