Direct Hire Zirku Island based Minimum Requirement: B.Sc in Electrical/Electornis/Instumentation Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Over 5 years of Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance experience in upstream oil/gas industry and at least 3 years of teaching / training experience. Good

knowledge of competency based programs and VQs. Fluent in verbal & written language. Excellent presentation / interpersonal skills. Role: Train & develop UAE Nationals in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering and related disciplines, based on gap analysis finings so that they achieve required knowledge and skills to perform according to the company standards. Asses the competence of candidates against the established standards, and provide necessary co-ordination to ensure that the training activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
