PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience as process manager Refinery/Fractionation/Hydrogenation in a PLC operated plant.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To deliver volume as per annual, monthly budgets
· Compliance to weekly production plan
· Products and practices as per agreed quality norms
· Maintain clean, hygienic, orderly and safe work environment
· Continuously improve output/plant efficiencies
· Maintain high morale of people through training, coaching
· Continuously reduce costs using lean manufacturing practices
· To ensure compliance to budgeted expenses
· To prepare capital expenditure proposals in line with business requirements
· To implement TPM way of working among the staff
· To ensure appropriate engineering solutions are designed and executed for prevention of accidents and unsafe conditions
· To periodically review performance of supervisors and operators with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation.
· To train and develop the staff for improved performance and for succession by activating an agreed upon career plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
· To implement ERP inline with company requirements
· To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the Group in his Businesses.
