Location: Oman

Degree or Diploma in Engineering and a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE preferably in medium to large construction projects in oil, gas or power industry (of over 500 work force). Shall have membership to international safety organization such as IOSH, ASSE, IIRSM.
Shall have good communication skills and able to lead incident investigation, HSE audit and good in technical report writing.
Able to facilitate and develop Contract HSE Management Plans.
