Company: FMCG
Education: Degree in Mechanical/chemical Engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years experience in production environment from a reputed/leading FMCG manufacturer.
Relevant Trainings: SAP , KPI and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
-Defining and implementing processes to ensure full control for the production activities.
– Manage and build a team of highly motivated production team to achieve production target and objectives.
– Continual Improvement of the process and cost reduction and support New Product Development.
-Ensure adequate training program for the staff to carry out the production efficiently, effectively and safely.
– Ensure Monthly Production plans and scheduling is delivered in full and on time as per customer requirement.
Required Skills:
– Maintenance management skills.
