PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·         MBA with added qualification in Legal and Industrial Laws.

·         Experience of 8 years at least.

·         Prior working experience in Rural Sindh

·         Fluency in Regional Languages.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Would be responsible for all IR processes in the organization.

·         Draw up a comprehensive IR strategy for the business.

·         Handling Unions and long term settlements.

·         Design & execute IR programs for unionized categories.

·         Manage court cases with respect to labor matters.

·         Advice the management on various IR issues.

·         Monitor; review all IR activities in the organization.

·         Liaison with labour authorities, legal advisors and other relevant functionaries.

·         Develop, in due course of time, Business IR Teams which will have a functional reporting to the Corporate IR Function.
