HR MANAGER

Responsibilities

* Identify staff vacancies, interview and recruit applicants; design, implement and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
* Plan, organize, direct, coordinate personnel orientation and training analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
* Prepare personnel requirement forecasts and budgets for personnel operations.

Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 2 years’ experience at a reputable organization.
* Proficiency in HR matters and regulation; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and knowledge of ISO 9001 :2008 preferable.
