Position Location: Islamabad

Salary: Based on experience/expertis e about Rs. 200k – 250k (or more) plus car
Required: About 10 to 12 years relevant experience
JOB OVERVIEW
GM Customer Care monitors the performance of Customer Care Centers
like; OSS, RFPs & RRUs. Is responsible for the overall customer
satisfaction
and the smooth running of the customer care centers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Care Plan & Strategy
•Develop policies and procedures for customer care, and customer retention.
•Create & Implement plans for continuous improvement of Customer
Services Experience
•Implement customer care strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor Customer Care Operations
•Monitor OSS, RFPs effectively to achieve set sales target.
•Monitor operational efficiency of the department.
•Ensure new sales promotions are effectively reached to proper segmented market.
Control activities
•Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the
implementation of cost-efficient control.
•Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
