Areas of Responsibility:
  • Give efficient system support to all Nework(LAN) users.
  • Installation of Operating Systems, Antivirus & other supporting softwares as per requirements.
  • Troubleshoot user quiries with respect to PC Hardwares and Softwares.
  • Prepares periodic reports with respect to the current status of all computing devices inventory and peripherals for management review.
  • Maintains a record of user complains and queries related to hardware and software.
  • Documentation of QMS as per ISO 9001:2008 through out the organization.
