IT Manager Required for our client in Karachi.

Selection Criteria 
• A university degree (preferably at post-graduate level), in Information Technology. 
• At least ten (10) years experience in IT, with six (6) to seven (7) years Managerial Exposure. 
• Highly effective leadership and management skills and demonstrated capacity to work in a TEAM. 
• Experience in the Development of Desktop Applications, Website, ERP, CRM, BI and Mobile Applications. 
Experience in Database Management, C#NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL SERVER, MOJO PORTAL and CMS. 
• Should have knowledge related Documentation Software and mind mapping, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, SEO, SEM, PPC and PPP. 

KEY Responsibilities 
• Responsible for the management of IT Department and Computer Resources. 
• Develop annual business plan and operating budget for the department and monitor the implementation of these, to ensure financial targets are met. 
• To develop or revise and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan. 
• Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to Information. 
• Create SEO and Online Marketing Policy in compliance to general rules of different Search Engines and Websites. 
• Manages all IT projects such as Development, setup, procurement, phasing-out and disposals. 
• Recommends new products technologies, which will be beneficial to the company’s operation.
