– Create business opportunities by identifying, establishing and developing business leads for Financial, ERP, Document Management, Business Process Automation and other custom-made solutions within the defined target markets.
– To generate own leads by effective cold calling followed by customer meetings, presentations and closing of deals.
– Ensure all opportunities are well qualified.
– Work with technical team to establish new opportunities, develop proposals and presentations.
– Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
– Deliver, monitor and report weekly on achievement and pipeline.
– Ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Good understanding of Software Applications.
– Hunter like spirit (Hunger of making money).
– Clear thinking person, strong past performances in and around IT services.
– Superb verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
– Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a “hands on” approach.

-This is a permanent job, which requires (75%) travel. Market competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Minimum desired experience would be 2 Years (Selling experience of Software solutions).
– Gross Salary Rs. 35,000.00 – Rs. 50,000 per month depending upon experience.
– Commission 4.5% of the sale revenue generated.
