The person must have following qualities:

- Having good people’s skills
- Innovative thinking capability
- Non-traditional approach – Agile (we don’t want uncles and papas of QA)
Should have a knowledge of:
- SQA methodologies/ processes
- Quality Metrics and their Implementation techniques
- Web Applications
- Flash or Silverlight based applications
Nice to have experience on:
- Interactive Applications
- Collaborative Platforms e.g. Webex, LiveMeeting, GotoMeeting
- Rich Media (mainly video) based applications e.g. Youtube
Who can be it?
- Developers (who want to switch to Quality Assurance side)
- SQAs
- Analysts
- Optimists
