Legal Manger for Al Ghurair – Dubai

Legal Manager
to be part of its Group Legal Team.
Core Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Advise on all legal issues related to Commercial / Corporate, Commercial Property, IP/IT, Construction, Labour and drafting and negotiating contracts, so as to ensure compliance with the prevailing laws and minimization of legal exposure.
  • Draft, advise upon and negotiate core business contracts and terms to establish and set-up new and approved joint ventures and corporations.
  • Furthermore the candidate must be well versed in leasing, supply and procurement, sub-contracting and finance agreements; thus assuring that all pertinent legal requirements have been adhered to in the best. 
  • interest of the company.
  • Represent and defend all leasing cases at the Dubai Municipality, achieving resolution of issues that ensure that all corporate interests have been taken into consideration.

Preferred Background / Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English and Arabic language is a must.
  • 3-5 years of relevant commercial/corporat e experience within the UAE.
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree/higher diploma, BA of law (minimum).
