SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Requirements:
  • Graduate Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years experience in Construction Field in Bahrain.
  • Have thorough knowledge in constructing Villas, Multi storied Buildings, Commercial complexes etc..
  • Have hands on experience in Project Evaluation / Costing, Project Management, QS, etc..
  • Competency in Sub-Contracting with high realization for the main contractor.
  • Ability to Prepare Sub Contractors,Contracts and Agreement.
  • Have thorough knowledge in Municipal Formalities & associated Governmental bodies rules and regulations to get approvals and necessary permissions.
  • Capable of hiring Skilled, Semi skilled and unskilled work force.
  • Experience in Property Development will be an added

advantage. BD. 800,000 project already in hand.
Package negotiable with component of package linked to growth deliverance.
