Hiring the best candidate for particular position is critical for any business. Selection of wrong candidates is not only negatively effect on your other employees and the business but also it is wastage of money and valuable time at the same time. The interview process went efficiently then started a problem. We found that new employee is not intelligent, passionate and charismatic candidate and things go gradually worse you were not expecting. It is a horrible moment for companies.
They hire for skills and totally ignore attitude.
Skills, knowledge and experience must be shared with others whatever you know and if you are not sharing with others means your skills, knowledge and experience is a worthless or useless.

Attitude is one the most essential factor when company is thinking to hire someone. No doubt skills are also important but decision of hiring right skills with wrong attitude will result in a lot of problems. Hire the candidate who should have the right attitude but lack of some skills because it is relatively easy to learn and acquire the new skills and knowledge. It is impossible to train attitude.

Mostly companies ignore those candidates who are taken lower grades or GPAs from universities prefer to those candidates who have good grades or GPAs. Sometimes lower grades candidates are more talented and enthusiastic than higher grades candidates.
The Harvard Business Review states that 80% of employee turnover is due to wrong hiring decisions.
Wrong hiring” occurs because HR professionals don’t analyze the job properly and they usually confuse the job description and it doesn’t reflect the reality.
At the time of interview line manager should be involved with the hiring manager to discuss the key requirements of the job. If they are not involved it may cause of wrong hiring. Recruitment process takes time it should not be completed quickly sometimes company recruit candidates in immediate need.
