I am responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Human Resource
planning, recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
1. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive
procedure is used to hire staff.
Details:
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions, checking application forms, short
listing, interviewing and selecting candidates through tools of selection.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions and coordinate with advertising
agency for publishing the same on newspaper. Furthermore place the advertisement in social
media and follow up the Resumes or CVs.
Schedule and organize interviews & Written Test.
Participate in applicant interviews. Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Prepare comparative statement and interview files in a professional manner and ensure that all
documentation of the recruitment cycle is in place.
Negotiating salaries with the candidate as and when required by the supervisor.
Inform unsuccessful applicants via email and phone.
Conduct exit interviews.
2. Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Details:
Assist in the performance appraisal and performance management systems and processes.
Prepare files for Departmental Promotional Committee (DPC) and make necessary arrangement
in this regard.
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles in consultation with
supervisor.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
Provide staff orientations and inform them policies, rules and regulations as and when required.

3. Perform Data Entry, clerical task and drafting letters as per detail given below.
Details:
Update & maintain the entire employee’s record on MS Excel and HRMIS Software.
Personnel file management, ensure all documentation is complete. Update personnel files and other
related HR documents.
Make correspondence internally and externally for the following purpose such as, Interview Call, Offer
Letters, Contract/Appointments, Termination letters, Internal Office Memos, Appreciation, Promotion,
Increment, Warning, Experience & other office letters etc, under the supervision of HOD.
Prepare Employees ID Cards and maintain proper records.
4. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Details:
Monitor daily attendance by using Limton Software.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Sending attendance to the concerned department.
Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Perform other related duties as instructed by Chief Manager HR
