IR Officer – Sindh

Vacancy Announcement: URGENT [ Leading Fertilizer ] IR Officer, Interior Sindh‏
Key Responsibilities: 
Deals with CBA and other unionized staff.
Team member of Charter of Demand team.
Manage payroll at Site through SAP.
Responsible for Training and Development of department.
Contract labour management. 
Qualification: At least Master’s preferably MBA – HR from HEC recognized University (Law Certification / Diploma desirable) 
Must have strong IR experience preferably in a manufacturing setup and have thorough understanding of litigations.
Experience: 6-8 years relevant experience 
Salary Range: Competitive plus range of benefits.
