Looking for "HR Manager" for our client to be based in Karachi. JOB Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and development of the organization’s HR strategy. • Protect the interests of the employees and the company in accordance with the company Human Resources Policies and the governmental laws and regulations. • Ensure competitively based and consistently implemented compensation & benefit programs, establish salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefits programs and services and company health programs. • Formulate and manage the overall recruitment and assessment strategy ensuring these meet immediate and long term business objectives through an economical and fair policy adapted for a stable and well-motivated work force. This will include the appointment of agencies and satellite recruitment support teams to support business requirements and the overall manage of all executive management recruitment. 8-10 years of experience and 5 years of which in a strategic functional management role, preferably in Logistics, aviation or FMCG. kindly forward your resume
