One of our clients, a leading Commercial Bank with its existence over 70 years, requires services of Phone Banking Officers to strengthen its customer services channel. The bank has a major network of 950+ online branches and 790+ ATMs in Pakistan and offers value-added services to its customers through high-tech innovation solution.

PHONE BANKING OFFICERS (PBOs) BASED IN LAHORE

Skills:
– Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
– Should be available and flexible to work 24X7 on a shift based routine.
– Ability to handle pressure and handle difficult customers.

Education, Experience & Others:
– Should possess a Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to a commerce or business graduates.
Fresh graduates with knack to work in customer services role as well as professionals having prior experience of working as Call Centre Agents or Tele Marketing person are encouraged to apply.
– Selected candidates will be given detailed training on products and services of the bank.
– Age max 30 years (as on June 30, 2014).
– PBOs will be offered a market-based competitive salary plus shift allowance based on monthly performance.
