Pharm, Pharm D Experience: 6-7 years Having pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, candidate must have: Technical Skills: – Expertise in oral dosage manufacturing * Suspension * Capsules * Tablets – Lead product and process relates technical investigations and root cause analyses of process deviations, complaints and OUT OF EXPECTATIONS/OUT OF SPECIFICATION event using scientific and statistical knowledge to analyse data to identify root cause of product and process failures. Leadership Skills – Have talent & Capabilities to take increasing responsibilities in future. – Be able to manage and non-management employees. – Ensure effective team work, monitor performance and non-compliance.
