Description

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical firm based in Karachi. They are looking for 'IT Help Desk Engineer'. QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Computer Sciences EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the following items. - Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. - Troubleshot IT related issues (hardware, software, network, peripherals) for users nationwide. - Recorded technical issues and requests. Diagnosed and resolved problems. Escalated issues as appropriate. - Provided software troubleshooting and administration for proprietary software. - Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use. - Check/test all IT equipment’s on regular basis to ensure equipment are working properly.
