Position: Manager Procurement – Karachi
Industry: Utility Company.
Qualification: Bachelors, preferably MBA.
Exp: Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience in industry. Use of SAP MM will be a plus.
JD:
*Carry out all planned activities of procurement to guarantee timely availability of packaging material, machine parts and quality raw materials at optimum cost.
* Execute plans and strategies for all types of procurement and ensure their timely and cost effective purchase at optimum stock levels
* Implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow purchasing manuals for the local procurement and import of the Raw Materials, Machinery & equipment.
* Manage vendors to ensure good strategic vendor relations, availability of multiple sources of procurement on best possible procurement terms
