An ideal candidate should be IT Graduate and holds 3-4 Years of experience in handling troubleshooting of OS and Hardware, installation of Microsoft OS (Client & Server), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Anti-Virus, Printers, understanding of Linux Operating Systems and other relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
