Position/candidate details:
Profiles required: only Female Candidates
Nature of Job: Field Job
Experience: 0-1 years* Experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products (in case of no- relevant work/field experience, the aptitude for field work is mandatory)
Education: Pharm-D, Pharm-B, Minimum Bachelors, BSc. Nutrition
Job Success Profile:
Convince medical/paramedical professionals of the quality of Company’s Infant Nutrition Products by effective medical detailing of product features, advantages and benefits based on company guideline and PDS.
Develop high value relationships with medical professionals, paramedical influencers (KOL’s) and decision makers through face-to-face detailing calls, group presentations and other scientific activities within the remit of the Local Code/WHO Code and Company Instructions.
Achieve targeted HCPs and MDCs coverage per set frequency per month. Provide subsequent reports through MDMS on all visits/activities, support material to his/her Manager.
Organize and carry out scientific activities as per agreed plan with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to Infant nutrition, products, Company’s R&D expertise, etc. within the remit of the Code and Company Instructions.
Strictly abide by WHO and Local Code Compliance.
