Dawlance is looking to hire Specialist Warranty.

Qualification: BE Industrial Manufacturing/Mechanical
Relevant Experience: 2 – 3 years
Location: Head Office, Karachi.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible to gather information related to products faults; report factory about faults after investigating the root cause.
• Communicate fault of the product to the factory and seek the improvements in product.
• Provide and manage a framework for the warranty returns, customer concerns and the company problem solving/root cause analysis system.
• Conduct detailed trend analysis of warranty return parts, claims, costs and exposure going forward to determine corrective and preventative actions to support both Production and Customer Service.
• Monitor the cost being spent on the warranty complaints and making sure that genuine and real cases are entertained and cost is kept within budget.
