The progress of each function of the organisation tracked with the e-dashboard, shared portal, using PRINCE 2 methodologies documentation of TOR, Risk & Issue Log etc. yielded multi-millions £GBP Savings.
- Performance Tracking London performance of South and West sector yielded 10% revenue increased with pre-revision system readiness flight path for units.
- Organizational Change and Restructuring – Presented to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in international Audits for deployment of technological and innovative changes member executive board and spearheaded the strategic planning process of a one-year program in London. As a result, streamlined the process and raised 15% in new revenue streams through strategy route map.
- Policy Analysis – Modernisation strategy applied to pilot work areas and horizontally expanding the know-how to cross functional departments and eventually the entire customers associated to that unit. With this approach redefined goal post changes for the unit to avoid imitating and strengthen it confidence, the learning were then shared across to the SLT. - Operational Excellence – I optimised the organisation most complex units and add a pivotal value by making them stand-out as pilot flagships for the entire UK Public Sector Service industries. The solid Vision, Needs, Objectives and Targeted route-map with internal bench mark is also considered and revaluated for multiple iteration of transformation.
- Stakeholder Management – Worked closely with the most conservative mind-set using best techniques using industrial relations best practices especially in The City of London where cost impact for any conflict cost major damage to the business central functions.

VISION SUMMARY
Any progressive country needs a highest standard of life expectations for its inhabitants whether achieving the KPI’s of World Economic Forum Reports, OECD Better Life Index Reports for instance or through other measuring indicators, UN Sustainable Goals initiatives; my expertise can add value through delivery best practices. The basics of institution in a cross cultural set-up needed to be well synchronised in place to achieve the stakeholder vision which is a part of a bigger picture. Programmes governance through multiple visions of states are part of international strategy, UN Sustainable goals and its success depends on institutional reforms, organisational transformation, industrial excellence, benchmarked paperless governance, nurturing a cooperative and cohesive learning culture by sharing the strategic know-how which will improve status-quo internationally especially to join emergent economies.
