We are looking for 7-10 years of managerial experience The Sr. Project Engineer will report to the Division Manager-Product Manufacturing Technology and will lead and accelerate the development of a strong collaborative partnership between the Technical Center and the Fastening Systems business unit and drive rapid commercialization of new technology. This role will work closely with the Automotive Business Technology, alloy developers, and engineered finishes, forming, and joining specialists, the Ground Transportation Market Sector Team, and AFS to aggressively grow our Technology Advantage within the fastener product space and commercialize new fastener technologies.
