We are looking for 10 years’ experience with mechanical fastener technologies & 5 year experience with automotive application of structural fastener technology or fastener work experience. Drive cultural change in the28 0 & Annealing Department consistent with “Operational Excellence”. Intensify focus on continuous and measureable improvement in safety, customer service, cost, productivity, and quality in line with Olin Brass strategic objectives. Ability to communicate and make decisions, adapts to cultural change, and work within a diverse environment. Requires skills to manage conflict, coach, and mentor. Minimum Degree: Bachelors in Business or Technical field Minimum Degree: M.S. degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering Job Location: East Alton, IL (UK)
