Objectives:
• Support Business and Marketing Strategy Function through Market analysis, Competitor Analysis etc.
• Carry our Business research for Company and its clients
• Prepare presentations, Proposals, Project plans and other documents in connection with Ovex Business Development and Marketing Function
• Support Business Development Function for day to day organization
• Plan and carry out approved Business Development and Marketing activities
• Take ownership of Company’s Website, it’s content and deliver increased traffic to the Website
• Create Business Presentations and Proposal Drafts
• Shortlist business prospects and creates business cases against relevant service offerings.
• Pre-qualify and engage clients in proposed services
• Market and sell core service offerings
• Conduct cross analytic comprehensive research of competitors, markets and trends to compile regular Business Intelligence Reports
• Prepare weekly incremental, exhaustive and iterative compilation of prospect data in specified market segments
• Compile weekly scrubbed Lists of Vertical and Region Specific Prospects / Strategic Partners / Consultants / Forums
• Maintain and monitor on-line listings, directories and opportunities
• Summarize online reports of Web traffic, direct contact activities and online advertising/emailing stats
• Prepare Business Development and Marketing collateral
• Represent Ovex on assigned forums
• Prepare, update and deliver monthly Market analysis and Competitor position Report
• Develop and maintain contact/prospect database with valid contact information and maintain active relationship with them.
• Build up a repository of Customers Testimonials and conduct periodic Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
