Requirements:
· Operational commercial experience (Sales/Marketing) a must.
· Track record of stewarding financial targets a must.
· Track record of leading initiatives for market growth highly desirable.
· Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
· International work experience desirable
· Superior interpersonal skills to handle a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
· Must be very comfortable in leading teams, working with cross functional teams and driving success through team work.
