1- Branch Managers: Minimum 6 years of banking experience including 2 years as Branch Manager.
2- Relationship Managers – Liability Sales/Deposit Mobilization: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Liability Sales and Deposit Mobilization.
3- Business Executives – Liability Sales/Deposit Mobilization/Consumer Asset: Minimum 1 year in Liability Sales and Deposit Mobilization.
4- Manager Branch Operations: Minimum 5 years in Branch Operations
5- Supervisor Branch Operations: Minimum 3 years in Branch Operations
6- Universal Tellers: Minimum 1 year in Branch Operations.

Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot.
Interior Sindh: Sukkur, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Tando Allayar, Gharo.
Balochistan: Quetta, Dukki, Khuchlak, Khanozai.
Lower Central: Rahimyar Khan, Mian Channu, Jhang, Bahawalnagar, Pakpattan.
Northern Areas: Attock, Noushera, Tatral Kahun, Hattar, Chillas.
