BANK ALFALAH LTD, the 6th largest bank in Pakistan is looking for energetic and talented candidates to fill-in the following full time positions for its Retail and Islamic Banking.
1- Relationship Executives
We need self-motivated and enthusiastic team players with an aptitude for sales. The ideal candidate should be an extrovert with a pleasant personality and an acumen for banking/sales and service excellence.
Age: 26 years as of December 31, 2013.
Experience: Fresh graduates. Candidates with up to one year of sales experience at Bank/Financial Institution may also apply.
2- Relationship Managers
This is a mid-level career position with potential to rise further in branch banking. Experienced team players with proven skills in sales and business development at a leading Bank/Financial Institution is essential. The ideal candidate should be well versed with asset and liability banking products and have the potential to bring in new-to-bank customers & deepen existing relationships through effective portfolio and relationship management.
Age: 30 years as of December 31, 2013.
Experience: 3 years of proven Relationship Management and sales experience at a Bank/Financial Institution.
Multiple positions at different cities.
Required Skills: Selling, Interpersonal & Negotiation and IT Skills (MS-Office).
