Description
ABTACH PVT LTD is currently hiring Customer Support Executive on urgent basis.
· Prompt chat and email response to customers
· Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
· Develop customer service solutions
· Maintain service level
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· To cater to customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
· Continuously improvise through feedback
Additional Requirements: -Must have Excellent English language skills. -Able to write plagiarism free content
Salary package: 30,000-45,000
Shift timings: Morning.
