Sir, I supervise/manage and direct subordinate 16 nos. for Power, Facilities and Utilities projects, Operation & maintenance, through RCM and performs advanced and highly skilled electrical & mechanical work assignments which include but not limited to maintenance of all post facilities and subsystems, MV and LV generators, electrical distribution, HV & MV switchgears (Schneider, Square-D, Siemens, Enercon), HVAC System (TRANE, DAIKIN & YORK SCREW & SCROLL TYPE CHILLERS 1000 TONS), Water treatment/R.O. Plants (80000GPD), Waste Water Treatment Plant (40000 GPD), uninterrupted power supply (UPS), security gates, transformers, power distribution, Waste Water Treatment Plant and other equipment, maintenance and repair program.
Utility Supervisor monitors the overall scheduling of RCM program with the help of CMMS as well as engineering inspection and repairs. He should be able to establish priorities in the maintenance work orders generated from Global Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensures proper use of time, tools, materials and parts and provides data on all completed preventive maintenance task, spares, and consumables. Prepares written documents such as operation & maintenance reports, SOW for contractors, SOP, Work Permit, JHA (By SHAM), BME Contract for next five years etc. Before doing any project/work make sure project benefits, cost estimation, planning, available resources, outsource, estimated time & labor. Previously I have done operation, maintenance. overhaul, troubleshooting, repair of Gas/Diesel/HFO generator Sets & Compressors like, Wartsila (11MW), Caterpillar (2MW), Sulzer (10.5MW), MAN (14.5MW), Nigata (2MW), Cummins, Waukesha, Jenbaucher (2.7MW), 30 Bar pressure air compressors, HATLAPA, TANABE, DINAMIK, ATLAS COPCO, DINAMIK, INGERSOLL RAND and AEG (Steam Turbine 03MW), and also performed on job training of GE LM6000 Gas Turbine (48.5MW).
