Job Description: In our rapidly evolving corporate HR department, selected professionals would be expected to lead a specific HR function, induct best practices, work independently with initiative, and assist the Company to achieve its Corporate Goals and HR Objectives.
Experience: Apart from exposure as an HR generalist,
candidates should have at least 7 years’ specialist experience leading any one of the following HR functions: OD/Recruitment/Compensation/Industrial Relations/Training & Development in a large professionally managed organization with a mature HR department. HR in PARCO is advancing from the role of a Business Partner to one of Talent Management. Candidates would be required to make a significant contribution in this HR transformation.Qualification: Candidates should have an MBA majoring in HR from a leading Pakistani or foreign university with minimum 3.4 CGPA or 80% marks and a first class academic record throughout. SAP HCM Certification would be a distinct advantage.
Age: Should not exceed 40 years.
