Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), an integrated energy company, is a Joint Venture between Pakistan and Emirate of Abu Dhabi. PARCO owns and operates over 2000 kms of pipeline network, Pakistani largest and most modern refinery, marketing, distribution operations and has formed Joint Ventures with renowned international companies and conglomerates. The Company is continually following an aggressive growth strategy and has planned expansions and penetration into new markets.
In view of its expanding acquisition and diversification initiatives, PARCO has immediate openings for HR Specialists.

Job Description: In our rapidly evolving corporate HR department, selected professionals would be expected to lead a specific HR function, induct best practices, work independently with initiative, and assist the Company to achieve its Corporate Goals and HR Objectives.

Experience: Apart from exposure as an HR generalist, candidates should have at least 7 years’ specialist experience leading any one of the following HR functions: OD/Recruitment/Compensation/Industrial Relations/Training & Development in a large professionally managed organization with a mature HR department. HR in PARCO is advancing from the role of a Business Partner to one of Talent Management. Candidates would be required to make a significant contribution in this HR transformation.

Qualification: Candidates should have an MBA majoring in HR from a leading Pakistani or foreign university with minimum 3.4 CGPA or 80% marks and a first class academic record throughout. SAP HCM Certification would be a distinct advantage.

Age: Should not exceed 40 years.
