The European Commission (EC) is funding the Pakistan Leather Competitiveness Improvement Program (PLC1P) under the Trade Related Technical Assistance (TRTA) Phase III to improve the competitiveness and international market access of Pakistani leather products. The program, which is being implemented by PITCO, requires the services of the above mentioned experts for a period of 3 years.
