Description
Amreli Steels Limited is seeking talented professionals for the following shift based position:
Position: Assistant Manager- CCM
Responsibilities:
- Implement standard operating procedures according to lean manufacturing principles and ensure compliance.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve the procedures to improve productions, quality and safety.
- Identify and suggest ways for cost efficient CCM production and reduction in wastage.
- Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of CCM machineries and equipment.
- Responsible for quality production and trouble shooting of all quality related issues.
- Ensure PPEs and complete housekeeping of the plant.
- Supervise CCM workshop activities on a daily basis.
- Supervise shutdown and turnaround during maintenance.
- Generate monthly production and downtime reports.
Qualifications:
BE / ME degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering.
4-6 years of relevant experience.
