Experience: 3-4 Years of a similar role.

Education: Master's from a reputable institution.

Responsibilities:

>Right personality to build a relationship(s) & collaborate with different stakeholders and create win-win situations.

>Analyze the problem in depth, break down complex situations, and come up with alternative solutions

>Understanding of HR Processes like T&D, ER, IR, Operation, and Disciplinary actions.

>Should be confident to deliver training.
