Urgently Hiring Analyst Coordinator Quality & Compliance in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Generating the Operational reports as per the requirements and liaising with various Operations Teams to ensure that reporting schedules, procedures and formats are complied with
- Collecting, Reviewing and following-up daily, weekly and monthly activity reports
- Advising the Manager Contact Center on the improvements of Customer Care Quality
- Contributing to the Enhancement of Service Quality
- Acting as Facilitator & Coordinator in Implementing the Quality - Enhancement Initiatives & Monitoring Service Levels on daily basis
- Identifying weaknesses in systems and procedures and coordinating closely with various section heads in order to develop and implement plans for the improvement of overall service quality and standards
- Coordinating, Monitoring and reporting the development and implementation of quality improvement plan, programs and procedures
Reviewing Critical Operational events on day-to-day basis and providing suggestions for improvements
- Coordinating closely with Corporate Quality, consultants and clients in order to resolve quality issues and concerns
- Education should be Bachelor’s Degree Minimum
- 3 Years’ Experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a Call Center Environment in Telecom
