Description
Zepcom is looking for a Senior HR Operation Executive - Female having at least 3 or 4 years of experience in Employee Conflict management, employer branding, Payroll Assistance, Attendance Management & handling employee grievances.
-We are looking for someone who is confident and outspoken, capable of managing various situations using analytical thinking
-Someone who has exceptional communication skills and can manage the clients and Internal flow of communication confidently.
-Should have good listening skills and critical thinking skills to handle complex situations.
Night shift timings for this role are from 3 PM to 12 AM. The position is remote, but there may be a requirement to visit the office once a month for meetings.
