Agile HR Consulting is looking for Group Chief Financial Officer for a diverse Business group (specifically for the Textile subsidiary)
Location: Karachi

Position Scope:
Reporting to the Group CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and the Board,
the CFO shall be a key partner to the senior leadership and operating teams. The CFO shall provide financial guidance and counsel on all matters relating to the finance function including strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting, debt and fundraising, and financial compliance.

Required Qualification & Experience:
· CFA/ACCA/CA with a minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience, out of which at least 05 years in the textile sector, in a responsible position, with day-to-day financial operations and Supervision.
· Must have experience in managing debt and equity transactions.
· The ability to lead, communicate clearly and articulately, and monitor and express strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.

Remuneration Offered: PKR 700k – 800K, depending upon experience, Executive Car, Hospitalization coverage for self, spouse, and children, yearly bonus, Group Life Insurance, and Gratuity.
