GM Production

Primary Function: Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and control of overall Production activities against marketing/distribution forecast. Lead manufacturing process & packaging operation improvements. Find areas to improve yield, productivity & reduce wastages using OEE & Business Excellence tools. Ensure Management is updated routinely on major mishaps effecting the product delivery either due to material shortages or machine breakdowns etc. Introduce concept of built-in quality by establishing an in-process control department within manufacturing and packaging

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing (Non-Sterile & Sterile ) & Operation Excellence.

Education: PHARM D + MBA from a reputed institution

Age Bracket: 40 + Years of age

Salary : 400,000-600,000 with other benefits
