Seeking profiles for the position of
"Head of Human Resources"
with 15 to 18 years of experience in HR which must include at least 5 years of leadership roles (SM or above) in the retail sector (other sectors will not be considered).
Location: Lahore
Gender Preference: Male / Female
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Incumbent will also oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development processes, as well as handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Salary budget of 500k with benefits.
